Whether you’re an early riser or prefer to worship later in the morning or evening, we offer several options that fit your schedule.
Sunday worship services are held weekly at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., and Noon at the Worship Center.
Services are also held at the Worship Center at 6:30 p.m. on 4th Sundays (Communion service) and for special events.
Praise and Worship begins 10 minutes before the service time.
In-person and online Sunday School classes are available for children and adults. There is also an evening Sunday School for adults at 4:30 p.m. For more information, please email SundaySchool@fbcglenarden.org.
For a mid-week dose of the Word, join us virtually on Tuesdays (except Tuesdays before 4th Sunday) at 7 p.m. for Bible study, prayer and praise service. Bible study is also offered to children and youth.
Children’s Bible Study is for children three months to 11 years old. The ministry provides positive role models; offers exciting opportunities for instruction in God’s Word; conducts activities and special events; and mobilizes children by shaping their hearts to always want to live for Jesus. For more information, please email childrensinstitute@fbcglenarden.org.
The Unashamed Youth Bible Study (UYBS) replaces Rebels as the key teaching ministry for youth. UYBS continues the tradition of developing young dynamic disciples by providing biblical principles to middle and high school students through exciting Christ-centered Bible studies and activities.
Unashamed, also called “The U,” is designed to transform youth into unashamed followers of Jesus Christ, which empowers them to impact the world. The unashamed experience is for 6th – 12th grade students and includes live music, games, food, drama, dance, creative messages and Christ-centered mentoring through life-changing Connect Groups.
Baptism is held on the Tuesday before the 4th Sunday of each month at the Ministry Center. A virtual option is also available. If you would like to get baptized, please give us a call at 301-773-3600.
Communion Service is held at the Worship Center on the 4th Sunday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The right hand of fellowship is also offered to our new members during this service. New members must complete the New Member Orientation.
