CHILDREN'S GROUP

Purpose: To aim to  build girls of courage, confidence and character, who will make the world a better place.

Age: Pre-K – 5th grade

Purpose: To teach children the character of Christ in a loving, caring, and safe environment; and to help parents/guardians nurture their children in the Word of God so they will be a lasting heritage.

Age: Pre-K thru 5th grade

Purpose: Introduces children to their roles and responsibilities as new young believers by assisting them in developing habits and practices that help them develop, grow, and strengthen their faith in Christ. 

Age: 2nd thru 5th grade

Purpose: To develop young dynamic disciples by providing weekly instruction that focuses on Christian character and godly principles such as compassion, flexibility, responsibility, honor, and self-control.

Age: Kindergarten thru 6th grade

Purpose: Serves as a foundation for reaching, teaching, and winning souls to Christ by teaching God’s principles through His Holy Word at the various levels of understanding for children.

Purpose: To prepare young boys to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Age: Kindergarten thru 5th grade

Purpose: To partner with families in laying a spiritual and practical foundation for the young souls entrusted to our care.

Purpose: To support the FBCG church family and visitors in carrying out the biblical principle of training children in the way they should go, so that when they are old, they will not depart from it (Proverbs 22: 6).

Purpose: To instill values and patterns of thought that foster a bible-based foundation in the lives of young boys (mentees), by teaching and training them in these four key areas: spiritual, social, academic, and economic.

YOUTH GROUP

Purpose: to develop the character, faith, and citizenship of each scout in the program by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Purpose: To learn how to navigate the difficult teenage lifestyle, subcultures, and everyday challenges in a manner pleasing to God.

Grades: 6th – 12th grade

Purpose: To disciple and inspire teen girls to live God-led lives through practical biblical teaching, interactive small groups, and outreach opportunities.

Purpose: to see the youth changed into unashamed followers of Jesus Christ and empowered to impact the world.

Grades: Middle and high school students

Purpose: The Unashamed Youth Bible Study (UYBS) replaces Rebels as the key teaching ministry for youth. UYBS continues the tradition of developing young dynamic disciples by providing biblical principles to middle and high school students through exciting Christ-centered Bible studies and activities.

STUDENT ENRICHMENT GROUP

Purpose: To engage parents, students, and the community with the opportunity to receive academic and social support through engaging workshops, panel events, and lecture series to be well-equipped to successfully navigate the challenges that come with K-12 academia and be better prepared for future endeavors.

Grades: K-12 and parents

Purpose: Provides support and assists students in preparing to excel academically in various courses of study, while partnering with parents by keeping them informed of the student(s) progress. We focus on core subjects, review classwork, tests and quizzes, as well as help with homework.

Grades: Kindergarten – 12th grade, GED students

Purpose: Uses the teachings of design and construction, particularly as it relates to building God’s kingdom; learn more about opportunities for mission service in the trades and professional sectors.
