WDWL Ministry’s vision is to develop, disciple, and equip servant women leaders by providing training, coaching, and discipleship for emerging, current, and seasoned leaders. Our mission is to empower women to take on leadership roles within the church, community, and marketplace by nurturing their God-given gifts and enhancing their leadership skills. 

GreatHer provides an environment where young adult women (ages 18-35) can become spiritually, mentally, and emotionally greater in their walk with Christ. We strive to develop disciplined and purpose-driven lifestyles while cultivating a sisterhood that fosters love, community, and accountability.

Beauty for Ashes (BFA) is a safe place for healing abortion wounds through the freedom of forgiveness and deliverance by revelation through education and empowerment, while becoming dynamic life disciples who duplicate in others what they’ve learned and experienced.

DDS develops dynamic women to live Christ-centered lives through biblical and practical applications that embody the heart of Christ. DDS members develop godly relationships with other women and learn how to minister to others through the Word of God.

The monthly Grace Girl Gathering is a creative and lively social environment that reinforces the importance of building an intimate relationship with Christ and strengthening relationships with one another. When attending a Grace Girl Gathering, you can expect to leave enriched through teachings, prayer, panel discussions and much more! Vendor opportunities are available. Grace Magazine is a Christian lifestyle magazine developed by women for women. The magazine is published twice a year and features inspiring articles designed to empower women spiritually, physically and financially. The ministry’s goal is to keep the women of FBCG informed and connected as well as serve as an outreach tool for the women in the local community and across the country. The members of Grace Magazine are the Light of Grace. Through their different gifts, according to the grace given to each of them, they let their light shine throughout the pages so others may see the goodness and grace of God.

MOMSConnect is the place where dynamic moms meet and grow. By providing bible-based teachings, fostering caring relationships and sharing practical strategies for building the home and the people in it, moms are equipped to connect their hearts to Christ, their families and to each other.

Queen Esther is a ministry that develops godly women through discipleship and disciplined application of God’s Word to effectively impact their families and communities.

SFYJ is designed to help women grow deeper and more intimate in their relationship with Christ. They learn how to love themselves and other women, and to build relationships with one another. SFYJ also provides a safe place for women to share joy, sorrow, pain, hurt and struggles; to take off their masks; lower their guards and be transparent.

Sisters in Discipleship trains committed and faithful women who demonstrate the necessary discipline for duplicating godly principles in the lives of other women. (Note: Participation in this ministry is by invitation only.)

Tamar is a God-centered ministry that promotes spiritual healing for overcomers of sexual abuse. The ministry provides a peaceful environment where women can gain trust with one another and learn to be open about their past experiences.

The Wives Support Ministry provides a forum in which married women can become more knowledgeable of the Word of God as it relates to marriage and the home. Using 1 Peter 3:1-6 as our foundational scripture, wives who are seeking to fulfill God’s mandate for women will receive instructions from facilitators and participate in a discussion of practical information to be implemented in all areas of the marital relationship.

If you are a busy woman, then Focus Studies will work for you. Each short-term study (on average, four-to-seven weeks) offers biblically sound studies to meet the needs of women in every season of their lives.

The women's praise team are ladies who supports the Grace Girl gatherings and uses their vocal gifts in praising and worshipping to bring in the presence of God.
