Kim Green, Children’s Group Director
Hi, I’m Kim Green, and I have the joy of serving as the Director of Children’s Ministry here at FBCG. What excites me most is creating intentional, developmentally appropriate spaces where children don’t just learn about God, but grow into dynamic disciples who know Him, trust Him, and live out their faith with confidence. My heart for children’s ministry comes from a deep belief that when children encounter Jesus early—through teaching, play, worship, and meaningful relationships—it shapes their character, identity, and spiritual foundation for life. I love partnering with families, equipping volunteers, and walking alongside children as they grow spiritually, emotionally, and socially in Christ.
Hi! I am Asia Nicholson, and I serve the Youth Group as the Youth Group Director. What excites me the most about ministry is getting to see kids come into the knowledge of Jesus’ love for them for the first time as they learn about Him through the Bible and weekly/monthly fellowship. Much to this point, one reason why I absolutely adore serving the youth is because they ALWAYS approach Jesus’ throne with boldness, curiosity, closeness, and wonder that encourage me to be less fearful in my personal walk with Jesus. THEY ARE SO COURAGEOUS! One fun fact about me is that I skipped the 11th grade, which allowed me to graduate high school a year early. :)

Reginald “EZ” Ward, Young Adult Director
Hi, I’m Reginald “EZ” Ward Jr.—fun fact, everyone calls me EZ because my middle name is Ezekiel. I serve Young Adults, and I’m most excited about the opportunity to be used by God to help people experience real-life transformation, discover their God-given purpose, and grow closer to Him. As a young adult myself, I love serving this age group because we are the next generation being handed the torch, and I’m passionate about building disciples and impacting lives along the way. I truly believe strong community and faith can change everything. One fun and exciting detail about me is that I’ve been skydiving before, and I hope to do it again someday.
