Kids’ World requires all parents to register their child at least seven days prior to your class/event. We accept children ages 3 to 12. All children must be fully potty trained.
If you register your child and do not show within 30 minutes of your meeting time, your child’s space will be released. If you have more than two no-shows within a 30 day period without notification, we will be unable to offer Kids’ World services to you and your family for 90 days. To avoid any no-show penalties, please contact us via email at email@example.com at least 24 hours prior to cancellation.
Register your children.
Kids’ World is primarily supported by volunteers. Due to the large number of children we serve, it is mandatory that all parents using Kids’ World perform two to three service hours per month. Unfortunately, if you are unable to volunteer, we will not be able to offer childcare to you and your family.
*Please Note: We require that you sign up to volunteer for your first two to three service hours within the first two weeks of using Kids’ World. If you sign up to volunteer and do not show, your childcare services will be suspended until you perform the service hours. If you have questions or concerns, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Late pick-up is defined as being more than 10 minutes late picking up your child after Kids’ World has closed. Parents will receive a verbal warning on the first offense. On the second offense, you will receive a written warning that will be filed with the Kids’ World Coordinator. Any family with three late pick-ups in a three month period will be prohibited from using Kids’ World services for 90 days.
All parents will be given a discipline policy to read and sign. In the event a child is having trouble following the rules, they will first be given a verbal warning and reminder of the rules. If the child repeats the action again, we will guide him or her to a quiet place separate from the others for a short but designated time. Please note if your child’s behavior is not corrected after a third time, your child will be prohibited from using Kids’ World services for 90 days. After 90 days, we will assess the situation to determine if it is feasible for your child to return to Kids’ world.
To put your mind at ease, all adults volunteering with children and youth must undergo a background check and fingerprinting for your child’s safety.
Your children’s safety and well-being is important to us. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines.
