We invite all leaders and aspiring leaders to our FREE Leadership Training with Bishop T.D. Jakes. Experience his powerful anointing as Bishop T.D. Jakes brings a relevant message that will help you become the leader God is calling you to be.

All services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden Worship Center, located at 600 Watkins Park Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD.

Question: Is the Joint New Year’s Revival a free event each day? 

Answer: Yes. All services are free and open to the public. 

Question: Where will the Joint New Year’s Revival services be held? 

Answer: The all services will be held at First Baptist Church of Glenarden’s Worship Center located at 600 Watkins Park Drive Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. 

Overflow services will be held in the Family Life Center located at 600-J Watkins Park Drive Upper Marlboro, MD 20774.

Satellite viewing will be available at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden’s Ministry Center located at 3600 Brightseat Road Landover, MD 20785.

Question: What time will each Joint Revival New Year’s service begin? When will doors open? 

Answer: Each service begins at 7 p.m. nightly. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.  

Question: Will parking be available during the Joint New Year’s Revival? 

Answer: Parking is free and available at the FBCG Worship Center. Parking will be on a first come, first served basis. 

Additional parking and free shuttle service to the Worship Center will also be available at the following locations:

  • Riverdale Baptist Church – 1177 Largo Rd, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774

  • Perrywood Community Center – 431 Watkins Park Dr, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774

Shuttles will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Shuttles will also run immediately following revival continuously until 11:00 p.m. or until everyone is cleared out.

Question: Will satellite locations or viewing options be available for revival? 

Answer: Yes. Satellite viewing will be available at the First Baptist Church of Glenarden’s Ministry Center located at 3600 Brightseat Road Landover, MD 20785.

Question: Will you offer American Sign Language interpretation?

Answer: Yes. American Sign Language will be available at the Worship Center and the Family Life Center only. Please see an usher upon arrival for seating locations. 

Question: Will you offer Spanish language interpretation?

Answer: Yes. Spanish interpretation will be available at the Worship Center only. Please see an usher upon arrival for seating locations. 

Question: Will shuttle service be available to and from the Worship Center from the Metro?

Answer: Yes. Free, round trip shuttle service will be available. Shuttles will start at 6:30 p.m. from the following locations:

  • New Carrollton Metro (Route 50 Side) 

  • Largo Metro

Pick-up Times: 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. for both locations. 

Return Times: Shuttles will run immediately following revival continuously until 11 p.m. or until everyone is cleared out.

Question: Is there a cost to attend the Leadership Training on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020?

Answer: No. Leadership Training with Bishop T.D. Jakes is free and open to the public. Registration is not required. 

Question: What time will Leadership Training begin? What time will doors open? 

Answer: The Leadership Training will begin at 10 a.m. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m.
