Capacity of the Facility:
This four-story facility will consist of approximately 160 rental apartments.
There will be a mixture of one and two-bedroom apartments.
Presently, the plan provides an almost even split between the one and two-bedroom units. This may change as the plan progresses.
Qualifying Age:
Each resident must be age 62 or above.
This is considered an active senior living facility, so no exceptions are made for caretakers or dependents with special needs.
Access to the Facility:
The facility will be accessed from Oak Grove Road, directly onto the Worship Center Campus and there will be a restricted entrance from our campus onto the facility itself.
The plan also provides for a highly-controlled and secured facility.
Campus Amenities:
This facility sits on six acres of prime real estate on the FBCG Worship Center campus.
While only three acres are normally required, additional acreage was devoted to ensuring ample outdoor amenities and outdoor living space for the health and wellbeing of residents.
